No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Starter Spark (Free tier)
  • Pro Shine ($25/month)
  • Enterprise Glow (Custom pricing)
  • Unused image generation credits

Why No Refunds?

Instant Value Delivery
Once you upload an image, our AI immediately processes it using expensive computational resources. This value is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."

Prevent Abuse
A refund policy for AI services can be exploited - users could generate hundreds of images and then request refunds.

Transparent Pricing
We clearly display our pricing and features upfront so you know exactly what you're getting.

Before You Subscribe

To ensure Zivara is right for you:

  • Start with our free Starter Spark plan (2 images/month)
  • Review what's included in each plan
  • Check our sample outputs
  • Email us at hello@zivara.app with questions

Subscription Management

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
  • Keep access until the end of your current period
  • No partial refunds for unused time

Downgrades

  • Switch to a lower plan at any time
  • Changes take effect next billing cycle
  • No refunds for the difference

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in these rare cases:

  • Technical Issues: If our service is completely unusable for your entire billing period
  • Billing Errors: If we accidentally charge you incorrectly
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law in your jurisdiction

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise Glow plans are:

  • Custom priced based on your needs
  • Include unlimited generations
  • Support for unlimited products
  • 100% non-refundable once agreed upon

Your Rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable by law.
