Welcome to Zivara! These terms govern your use of our AI-powered product photography service. By using Zivara, you agree to these terms.

The Agreement

This is a contract between you and Zivara ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using our service, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Zivara.

Using Zivara

Your Account

  • You need to be 18+ or have parental consent
  • Sign in with your Google account
  • You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

Do use Zivara to:

  • Create amazing product photos
  • Build your e-commerce business
  • Make your products look professional

Don't use Zivara to:

  • Generate inappropriate or illegal content
  • Violate others' intellectual property
  • Spam or harass anyone
  • Try to break our systems

Your Content

Your Images

  • You keep all rights to your original product photos
  • You own the AI-generated images we create for you
  • You're responsible for having the right to use the images you upload

Our License to Your Content

  • You give us permission to process your images to provide our service
  • We won't use your images for anything else without asking
  • We delete your images after 30 days (unless you save them)

Payment Terms

Pricing

  • Monthly subscriptions as shown on our pricing page
  • Custom enterprise plans available on request
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partner
  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

No Refunds

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds for unused image credits
  • Monthly limits don't roll over
  • Custom enterprise plans are non-refundable

Service Availability

We'll do our best to keep Zivara running 24/7, but:

  • Sometimes we need maintenance
  • Things might break (we'll fix them ASAP)
  • We don't guarantee 100% uptime

Intellectual Property

Our Stuff

  • The Zivara name, logo, and service are ours
  • Our AI models and technology are proprietary
  • Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our service

Your Stuff

  • Your product images remain yours
  • Generated images are yours to use commercially
  • You're responsible for not infringing others' rights

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

  • Lost profits or indirect damages
  • Issues from your use of generated images
  • Third-party services or integrations

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last month.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use Zivara means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can leave anytime

  • Cancel your subscription in settings
  • We'll delete your data per our privacy policy

We might terminate if you

  • Violate these terms
  • Don't pay your subscription
  • Use the service inappropriately

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Bangalore courts.
